Returns information

Eio stands by the products it makes. We believe in quality and we will not be happy until you are.  So, if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back.

We will issue a full refund on receipt of unused goods including postage. Refunds will only be made to the credit or debit card on which the purchase was made. Please include the receipt and a note saying who you are and whether you want a refund or to exchange it for a different size or colour.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the goods using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
